Still having hiccups in outsourcing? Come lets start sailing

“Outsourcing/Co-sourcing” words that we hear so often, but still we are sceptical regarding the same. Where comes the word outsourcing, we find us sitting in a boat on the edge still in a dilemma whether to start pedalling or not. It’s just the initial hiccup of outsourcing but once we begun sailing; we go on to reap its benefits, by diligently setting up a mechanism to govern the operations and make it work efficiently. So here we go…

Year 2020 has been one of the most unexpected year in the near past; full of challenges that popped up all across the globe. The entire world is figuring out how to overcome the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic. COVID-19 has impacted each and every industry in some or the other way. All businesses are trying to revise their operational costs in order to subside the effects of pandemic and are continuously striving to attain financial stability.
